Soho Development Is Finalist For Community Award

Soho Development, LLC, a commercial real estate development company based in Des Moines, was a finalist of the Developers & Builders Alliance 2008 Community Advancement Awards November 7-8 in Palm Beach, Fla. The event was a gathering of cross-continent industry professionals exploring the most lucrative ways to unite in business ventures and investment opportunities. Tony DeAngelo is the chief executive officer of Soho Development.

The exclusive evening of November 7, 2008 was dedicated to industry professionals who held discussions on financial, social and environmental goals, and negotiated plans to help us navigate the current financial turmoil. The Developers and Builders Alliance is confident that dialogue among world developers will create an on-going movement that can lead to broad-based change in order to stimulate economies around the world.

During the Awards presentations, Soho Development was displayed as a finalist and appeared on the printed List of Finalists that was distributed in the event agenda. It will be printed in the book of winners as part of the publicity campaign and will be prominently acknowledged on the Developers & Builders Alliance Web site, www.dballiance.net.

The newly appointed Honorary President of the Developers & Builders Alliance is Mr. Hassan Sharbatly Vice Chairman of Golden Pyramids Plaza in Egypt. The Developers and Builders Alliance is planning an event in Egypt sometime next year.
