President & CEO

Tony DeAngelo is the Chief Executive Officer of SOHO Development, LLC, a commercial real estate development company based in Des Moines, IA. He brings to SOHO Development the unique perspective of an architect, real estate developer, legal professional, and urban planner, and has over 27 years of real estate related experience. He is a Registered Architect in Iowa, New York, Massachusetts, Illinois, and a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards in Washington, DC.

Currently, Mr. DeAngelo is planning mixed use commercial, retail, restaurant and residential development projects in the Des Moines area. He is also the CEO of DeAngelo Partners, LLC, an architectural design firm providing urban planning and project design support to SOHO Development.
