Soho Development LLC. is a privately held Real Estate Development Company located in Des Moines Iowa. Mr. Tony DeAngelo is the Founder and CEO of the Company. Mr. DeAngelo has an outstanding background in Real Estate Development (please see Resume). Our Company has two Divisions:

I. Real Estate Development:

The Soho Lofts are the initial Des Moines area development for the Company. It is a mixed-use urban project that combines first floor retail space, 32 New York City style condominiums and three live-work apartments. The property also includes a landscaped interior green space, the Village Green. II. Real Estate Consulting Services:

In addition to developing or co-developing real estate projects, Soho Development also provides real estate related consulting services to clients. These services include:
